Rust at End Laps
Water crosses end laps on its way to the eave, and damp steel holds it there. Rust starts inside the overlap and bleeds out along the joint before it eats through both panels.
Usually Means: Lap cleaned, primed and sealed, or a new panel section where both panels are holed.
